Delete your account

You can delete your AI-Upgrade-Me account, and everything in it, at any time. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to reinstall the app.

Delete it yourself, from inside the app

1. Log in on the web or in the Android app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to 🗑 Delete your account at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete my account…, re-enter your password, and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no grace period and no undo, so export or save anything you want to keep first.

If you cannot log in

Email AIupgradeMe@gmail.com from the address on the account, asking us to delete it. We will confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Everything the app holds for you, including:

• Your weigh-ins, body measurements, vitals and lab results
• Your meals, food log and nutrition targets
• Your workouts, logged sets, routines and programs
• Your habits, notes, goals and chat history
• Uploaded documents and photos, including progress photos
• Messages you have sent to other members
• Connected devices (Oura, Withings) and their stored access tokens
• Photos and links you contributed to shared exercise content
• Your login, your sessions and any personal API tokens

If you have a paid subscription, it is cancelled as part of the same request, so nothing continues to bill after your account is gone.

What may be kept, and why

Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example payment and tax records held by our payment provider. Anything already sent to an AI provider to answer a question is handled under that provider's own retention rules, and we cannot pull those copies back. Content you shared with other members that they have already downloaded or cached on their own devices cannot be recalled.
